We want you to love everything you purchase from The Proper Stitch and feel confident in your selections.
At this time, we do not accept returns on products purchased in our store, including but not limited to threads, canvases, finishing services, accessories, books, stitch guides, events and classes. All sales are final.
If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase at hello@theproperstitch.com. We are always happy to help and will do our best to make it right.
Threads
To ensure every customer receives threads in pristine, brand-new condition, all thread purchases are final sale. Once threads leave our shop, we cannot guarantee how they may have been exposed to elements like light, scents, or pets.
We know how important thread quality is to your stitching experience, and this policy helps us maintain the highest standard for everyone.
Hand-Painted Canvases
Many of our canvases are hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, making each piece truly unique.
Due to the nature of these items, all canvas purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to reach out if you would like guidance before purchasing. We are always happy to help you feel confident in your selection.
Finishing Services
All finishing services are final sale. Because these services are custom and tailored specifically to your piece, they cannot be returned or exchanged once completed.
Classes & Events
All classes and event tickets are non-refundable, as space is limited.
If your registration includes materials, those materials will still be available to you even if you are unable to attend.
