How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@theproperstitch.com
within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know the reason for your return.
Return Guidelines
Returns are eligible for store credit only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. The credit will be applied to your account and can be used toward future purchases.
Thread Returns
Threads must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
We cannot accept returns on threads that have been cut, opened, or used.
Dye lots must match what we currently have in stock for the return to be approved.
